Join us for a fundraising event, together with Croydon East Labour Party, taking place in central Croydon on 13th September. We will hear a talk from local MP Natasha Irons, then our breathwork facilitator Lily Isobel will deliver some gentle somatic movement, connection practices, and a soft mandala-style breathwork session that invites you to slow down, return to your body, and reconnect with your inner strength.

There will also be the chance to win raffle prizes!
